Job Description

Busy 2 doctor small animal practice is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, someone who takes pride in their ability to listen and speak to clients and provide compassionate care for their pets. Responsibilities include restraining pets for veterinarians and technicians, assist in the taking of x-rays, set up for surgery, monitor and collect urine and fecal samples as needed, clean exam rooms, cages, runs, walking patients, boarding pets, counting medications among many other tasks. Must be able to multi task, be proactive and work as team player.
