If you want to grow with our veterinary hospital as a Registered Veterinary Technician and make a difference in the lives of pets and their people, we would like to talk with you!
Who We Are:
Rialto Animal Hospital is more than a veterinary hospital—we're a team of people who genuinely love what we do and who we do it with. For more than 65 years, we've been dedicated to providing exceptional medical care while creating a workplace where people can learn, grow, and enjoy coming to work each day. As an AAHA-accredited 10-doctor small animal hospital, we're committed to practicing high-quality medicine supported by advanced technology, collaboration, and continuous learning. Right next door is our sister hospital, Rialto Cat Hospital , a Gold Cat Friendly Certified practice designed exclusively for feline patients. Together, our hospitals allow us to provide an exceptional level of care for both dogs and cats while giving our team unique opportunities to learn and grow. We believe great veterinary medicine starts with a great team. That's why we've worked hard to build a culture where people are supported, ideas are welcomed, laughter is encouraged, and everyone—from kennel assistants to veterinarians—plays an important role in our success. Whether it's investing in training, celebrating wins together, mentoring future veterinary professionals, or simply helping one another through a busy day, we're committed to creating a workplace where people can build fulfilling, long-term careers—not just hold a job. If you're looking for a hospital that values teamwork, compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement as much as exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
You will be involved in everything from providing care and education for our clients and their pets, to contributing your own thoughts on ways to improve how we deliver our best care and service to the families in our community each and every day. You will help us improve and continue to grow as a team of caring veterinary professionals who work to exceed the expectations of our clients, provide exceptional care for our patients, and build a team that has fun, supports each other, and learns together. We are unique! We want you to explore the opportunities within the workday, not just get through it. We want you to feel great about not just what we accomplished during the day, but how we accomplished it. We want you to be proud of who we are and what we stand for. We continually strive to build a place where our team is happy coming to work and is excited to be a part of our team. Are you ready to start a new journey with us?? If so, please submit your resume! We can't wait to learn more about you!
