38-40 hours weekly; Saturday and Sunday rotations

• 9a or 4p—6p About You You'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients.

Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients. Your Experience & Skills Passion for animal care and a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team 1-2 years of clinical experience An Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program preferred; or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Our hospital is a fast-paced and high-volume clinic with moderately affluent and well-educated clientele. You're Willing And Able To Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow Assist veterinarians during appointments, surgeries, and procedures Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts Obtain vital signs and diagnostic samples Perform venipuncture IV catheter placement and care Perform dental prophylaxis Maintain proper patient care pre
