Job Details The City of Plano is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and collaborative Animal Services Lead to join our dedicated Animal Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about public service, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll help oversee daily shelter and field operations, provide guidance and support to Animal Services Officers, lead complex investigations and enforcement activities, and help ensure compliance with local and state animal regulations. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns, coordinate specialized operational programs, assist with staff supervision and training, and play an important role in ensuring exceptional service to both the community and the animals in our care.
