Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Paramedical Examiner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong patient care skills and experience performing basic medical examinations and specimen collection. As a Paramedical Examiner, you will be responsible for conducting examinations accurately and professionally while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for each client. Responsibilities Conduct paramedical examinations for insurance applicants and other clients in accordance with established protocols. Collect blood and urine specimens using proper collection and handling techniques. Perform and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, height, and weight. Obtain accurate medical and health history information from clients. Perform venipuncture and other approved specimen collection procedures. Ensure proper identification, labeling, handling, and processing of specimens. Complete examination forms, health questionnaires, and other required documentation accurately. Maintain confidentiality of client health information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Explain examination procedures clearly and answer client questions in a professional and reassuring manner. Follow all safety, infection-control, and specimen-handling procedures. Ensure all collected specimens and completed paperwork are properly prepared and submitted for laboratory or insurance processing. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe examination environment. Qualifications Experience in phlebotomy, medical assisting, nursing, or a related healthcare field is preferred. Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited phlebotomy program is preferred. Ability to perform venipuncture and collect blood and urine specimens accurately. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and vital signs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with clients. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain client confidentiality. Ability to work independently while meeting required schedules and deadlines. Reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment location.
