We are looking for people that live in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, or Portsmouth, VA. We pick up for funeral homes, police and medical examiner office. Duties would include preparing paperwork, moving remains, handling evidence, responding to death scenes, ability to traverse rocky, uphill or otherwise unstable geographic locations, ability to lift/push/pull 100 lbs to 500+ lbs body weights. We are looking for someone that has some experience in this field or working around deceased persons. You must have a strong stomach to handle smells that we encounter and the condition of the deceased bodies. We are looking for someone that is available to work on a on call basis. You are required to dress in business attire at all times while on calls. You must have a clean driving record and no felonies on your criminal record and be over 21 years of age or over. Pay will be discussed with qualified candidates. Cannot have any face piercing or tattoos on hands neck or face. Duties Respond quickly and efficiently to death scene calls, providing immediate support and assessment. Ensure respectful handling of the deceased, including proper positioning and preservation of dignity. Coordinate with emergency responders, law enforcement, medical personnel, and families to facilitate scene management Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to each response incident.
