In this vital role, you will oversee the sterilization, handling, and management of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Duties Lead staff training initiatives on proper sterilization techniques, aseptic procedures, and infection control regulations to maintain high-quality standards Manage inventory control through inventory management systems, including tracking surgical instruments via serialized tracking technology for accuracy and accountability Oversee the sterilization, handling, and packaging of surgical instruments.
