The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents ensuring policies and procedures are enforced. Requirements A highschool diploma/ GED 1 year of experience providing direct services in a mental health, physical health, social services, education, or correctional setting Must pass a drug/background check Valid/active driver's license CPR certification Lifting up to 10/15lbs Strong communication/ ability to work with a team Start date:
ASAP Interviews:
virtual and in-person interviews Shift times: (monthly payout) Day shift: 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Sunday (Saturday & Sunday pay is $18 per hour)

Paid training Responsibilities Engage with residents to encourage positive behaviors and foster social interactions. Facilitate transportation for residents to shopping trips, work, social events, and recreational activities. Implement safety measures to prevent residents from injuring themselves or others. Observe and document residents' behaviors, reporting daily progress and any medical needs. Assist in coordinating the delivery of services to ensure continuity of care for residents in the facility. Communicate any needs or concerns to the Directors for timely problem resolution. Participate in monthly supervision meetings with the Directors. Submit all necessary documentation to the business office for personnel records. Maintain comprehensive logs of significant events related to each resident's performance and development. Provide leadership and support in therapeutic group sessions. Attend all staff meetings to remain informed and engaged. Participate in training and meetings that contribute to the growth of our organization, as requested by the supervisor, and ensure timely responses to communications. Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Engage actively in company evaluations and assessments. Participate in crisis interventions with a proactive approach. Foster a positive attitude that contributes to a stress-free atmosphere for residents and staff alike.

Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$14.00 & $15 weekdays & $18.00 per hour weekends Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
