Job Description

Position Summary:

The Jailer performs a variety of detention facility safety and security, administrative, and physical custody of duties associated with the booking, monitoring, safeguarding, control, movement, and release inmates.

Key Responsibilities :

Booking and processing inmates Monitoring facility movement Responding to emergencies Preparing reports Communicating with inmates and staff Managing inmate release procedures

Strong communication skills Legal document interpretation Law enforcement knowledge Flexible scheduling Computer proficiency

Minimum Qualifications :
