Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the site administrator or designee, performs advanced clerical and recordkeeping duties to support student attendance, including daily reporting, absence verification, parent communication, and preparation of required District and State reports, ensuring data accuracy and legal compliance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of experience in a secretarial, clerical, or technical assignment
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in a public education environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the Spanish language both verbally and in writing (Upon passing the District's PDL assessment, may provide interpretation in a second language (e.g., Spanish) and qualify for a stipend) Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document
