Using lived experience with recovery and the criminal justice system, this position provides peer mentorship, re-entry support, resource navigation, and advocacy to promote stability, recovery, and successful community reintegration.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage individuals before and after release. Connect clients with housing, employment, treatment, and recovery resources. Support navigation of probation, parole, court, and re-entry requirements. Provide peer mentorship and advocacy. Complete timely, accurate documentation in ReliTrax.
Required:
Current CPFS - Certified Peer and Family Specialist QBHA - Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant Lived experience with the criminal justice system and personal recovery. Ability to complete required correctional facility clearances. Join TDLBC in helping individuals turn re-entry into a pathway toward recovery, stability, and a new beginning.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
