Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the criminal justice field. This position plays a critical role in supporting community supervision programs by monitoring clients, conducting drug and alcohol testing collections, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds. Due to the duties of this position, which include direct observation of male urine specimen collections, a male employee is required as a bona fide occupational qualification consistent with applicable law. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor clients assigned to electronic monitoring programs using ankle monitoring devices. Install, inspect, and troubleshoot ankle monitoring equipment as needed. Conduct drug and alcohol testing collections in accordance with established procedures. Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of client contacts, testing results, and monitoring activities. Travel regularly to surrounding counties to conduct client visits, testing, and equipment services. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, probation departments, and other criminal justice agencies. Ensure compliance with company policies, program requirements, and legal standards. Respond to monitoring alerts and report violations as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in criminal justice, corrections, law enforcement, social services, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and meet any applicable program requirements. Proficiency with basic computer and mobile technology. Preferred Characteristics Motivated and self-directed. Compensation & Benefits $25.00 per hour Mileage reimbursement for approved travel (if applicable) Training provided Opportunities for professional growth within the criminal justice field
