Forensic Supportive Housing Specialist Location:

Glen Cove (2 days/week) & Baldwin (3 days/week),

NY Travel:

Regular community-based travel throughout

Nassau County Schedule:

Full-Time Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Flexible schedule required to meet program needs, including participation in an on-call rotation.
