The Wyandotte Nation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Crime Victim Advocate to provide advocacy, crisis intervention, and support services to adult and youth victims of domestic violence, dating violence and their dependents. Working under the supervision of the Lead Advocate/Caseworker, the successful candidate will assist victims and their families by providing safety planning, court accompaniment, resource referrals, crisis response, and guidance through the criminal justice system while collaborating with law enforcement, courts, and community partners. This position also participates in outreach and awareness activities, maintains required documentation, and serves in an on-call rotation for emergencies. Qualified applicants should possess relevant education, training, or experience in criminal justice, social work, human services, or a related field. A minimum of two years of related work experience is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, demonstrate professionalism and compassion when working with the public, maintain confidentiality, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
