Job Description

Campus Community School is K-8 charter school in Dover, DE. This is a 10-month, full-time position, M-F, 7:30 - 3:30.

Duties:

Serve as a member of the Student Support Team Assist students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs Respond to teacher requests for behavior supports Monitor students assigned to ISS Document and track behaviors Contact parents as needed Supervise lunch and recess duty as needed Process bus referrals; determine and track consequences Oversee bus drills View bus cameras in a regular basis Skills needed: Problem-solving, communication, time-management, conflict-resolution, behavior management Para cert is required As a Student Support Para, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to provide support, resources, and assistance. This role requires strong behavioral knowledge, experience working with students, and familiarity with a school environment.
