Supervise students in the lunchroom and outdoor recess and assist with set up and clean up in the cafeteria.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises students at lunchtime inside and outside and maintains a harmonious atmosphere by encouraging peaceful resolution of conflicts. Organizes group games and activities during recess. Assumes responsibility to report any issues to administration that may arise in the cafeteria or outside. Monitor and supervise for the duration of each lunch period including active circulation. Assist in custodial needs between lunch periods. Hallway supervision when students are re-entering the building after lunch. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a high school diploma or
GED. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently walking and standing. In addition, the employee may frequently bend or twist at the neck and back. The employee may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds such as student equipment and wheelchairs.
WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work inside and outside and must be aware of current weather conditions each day. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
School Year Employment - 2 Hours/Day (10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.), M-F, student days only - Starting in August 2026.

Based on Noon Hour Supervision Schedule
