JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Morgan Academic Center is accepting applications for Study Hall Monitors for the 2026-2027 academic year. We are seeking graduate or post-graduate individuals who can help support a structured academic environment for student-athletes.

Primary responsibilities include:

Maintaining a quiet environment conducive to studying Supervising student-athletes during independent study sessions Providing tutoring and mentoring support Monitoring computer lab usage Assisting with other assigned study hall duties Serving as a first point of contact for emergencies outside of regular business hours This position allows for up to 20 hours per week; however, hours are not guaranteed and will be assigned based on departmental need and individual availability . Evening and Sunday hours may be required. Scheduling is flexible when possible. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is typically required for this position.
