Job Summary
CROSSING GUARD CLOSING DATE
Open until Filled
PAY RATE
$16.43 per shift (A shift is 35 minutes or 55 minutes long.)
SCHEDULE
Shifts are available for morning, lunch hour and afternoon based on your availability every day while school is in session.
DEPARTMENT
Police
JOB SUMMARY
Performs routine traffic control duties at crosswalks and follow established traffic control procedures to assure the safety of students and pedestrians crossing roadways. Permanent positions and substitutes are needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Some knowledge of local traffic laws and basic traffic safety. Basic first aid. Basic interpersonal communication skills. The operation of traffic signalization equipment. Job Description
