Pay Rate:
$26.26 - $31.76 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, patient, and reliable Behavior Interventionist to provide 1-on-1 after school support for a student during soccer practices and games. The primary focus of this position is to support the student's emotional regulation, social communication, and sportsmanship on and off the field. You will work directly alongside the team's coaching staff and peers to ensure a positive, inclusive athletic experience. Key Responsibilities
On-Field Behavioral Support:
Implement positive behavior support strategies during soccer practices, team drills, and competitive games to keep the student engaged and focused.
Emotional Regulation & De-escalation:
Help the student navigate frustration, win/loss dynamics, turn-taking, and peer interactions using proactive self-regulation tools.
Peer & Coach Facilitation:
Assist the student in following coach instructions and building positive relationships with teammates.
Safety & Supervision:
Maintain continuous 1-on-1 line-of-sight supervision to ensure safety during transition times, pre-game warmups, and active play. Schedule & Hours
Total Hours:
Approximately 7-12 hours per week (Part-Time).
Schedule:
Practice and Games Monday through Friday, after school, times vary Schedule varies slightly based on the team's weekly practice and game schedule. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1 year working with children/youth with Autism, ADHD, or behavioral needs in a 1-on-1 or group setting (Preferred, but willing to train the right candidate!).
Athletic Aptitude:
Comfortable being active, moving across soccer fields, and assisting with drills. Personal soccer experience (playing or coaching) is a big plus.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to travel to local practice fields and game venues. Must pass standard background checks.

After school/Evening
