In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management, review, and control of essential project and manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach will facilitate seamless document workflows, uphold quality management systems, and support cross-functional teams in maintaining accurate records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Manage and maintain comprehensive document control systems using platforms such as SharePoint and other document management software. Oversee the filing, indexing, and storage of technical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness. Review and verify documents for compliance with
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, and pharmaceutical regulatory standards. Coordinate document workflows across departments to ensure timely updates, approvals, and version control. Conduct regular audits of document management practices to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal compliance standards. Support the review process by verifying document accuracy, completeness, and compliance with technical specifications. Facilitate communication between engineering, quality assurance, regulatory teams, and external auditors regarding document status and updates. Utilize project management software to track document lifecycle stages and maintain detailed records of all activities. Ensure proper records management practices are followed in accordance with data management policies. Assist in implementing continuous improvements for document control procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Skills Strong knowledge of
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards. Proven experience with document control within the engineering or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software tools. Familiarity with SharePoint or other document workflow management systems. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage large volumes of documentation accurately. Effective cross-functional communication skills to collaborate across departments seamlessly. Ability to interpret technical documents and ensure their compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Experience in records management, data management, and filing systems for regulated environments. Technical proficiency in document review processes including version control and audit trails.
