N/A POSITION SUMMARY

The Document Control Clerk reports to the Document Control Supervisor or her designee. Incumbent will provide support and coordination of documents for the Document Control team in accordance with custom regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Teardown and organization of Form 7512. Coordination of documents in accordance with Customs regulations. Organization of invoices and delivery receipt documents for warehouse deliveries. Responsible for the necessary documentation for amendments and/or cancellation of bonded documents. Responsible for keeping updated records of Power of Attorney for Carisam and Crossroads. Scanning/indexing internal documents in Docuware System. Updating company records and storage logs as well as inventory of document control forms. General office duties as well as other administrative functions. Any additional duties ss required by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Knowledge of Import/Export paperwork and Customs Documentation High level of Customer Service and organization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Must have a positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve under stressful/high pace environment. Ability to work overtime and flexible schedule.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED is required. Administration knowledge experience is preferred. Bilingual fluent English/Spanish; Read & Write proficiency required.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient Computer skills, specifically MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook, Web programs. Experience with GTK Software, JD Edwards, or similar customer service/order management systems preferred. Calculator, fax machine, telephone, copier.
