As an engineering-focused company, we provide an opportunity to be part of the team that further innovates, markets, sells and supports the power modules that drive key advancements in AI, electric vehicles, and aerospace. Job Description Act independently as the first point of contact to review requests and workflows in conjunction with ISO Procedures, SAP (S/4HANA), PC Applications and other software systems, to assist in the creation and maintenance of internal ERP's master data.

Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM), Component and Drawing structure
• Review creation and change requests submitted through Master Data Governance (MDG) system, prior to initiation for approval, to ensure requests are triaged appropriately
• Maintain workflow approvals required for Data Governance
• Provide guidance and support for users in regards to submitting, approving and updating requests using Master Data Governance (MDG) system
• Responsible for adherence to standards and controls, data quality, problem management, and change management requests
• Assist in maintaining ISO Documentation related to Data GovernanceEducation / Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Possess the ability to understand technical documents (i.e. user manuals, training materials, essential reports)
• Exposure to SAP (S/4HANA) and/or other key PC/web based applications
• The ability to interface and communicate well with others
• Capacity to retain and recall information accurately (strong memory skills)

Desired Experience:

• 2+ years working in a manufacturing environment to include experience with BOMs and ECNs
• Knowledge of SAP software a plus
• Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility and follow up as needed
• Strong customer service focus and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management & staff and develop relationships

Education:

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $70,000Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
