Job Summary:

This position is expected to last upto 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

CRRC MA is looking for someone who can administer, monitor, review and maintain the Document Control process. The main responsibilities will be to perform accurate, and efficient, all document control functions that pertain to the retention and incorporation of documentation in the Quality System. Maintain and improve record retention processes, collection, management, and configuration. Final review and acceptance of documentation prior to final submitting to the internal record retention program. Create and utilize reporting spreadsheets or other documentation for data collection and analysis. Maintain product configuration and serialization records. Ensure that all required records are provided to the Project Management team in a timely manner Attend company quality related meetings, record meeting summary documents for Quality Management, including keeping track of actionable items. Support the management of the failure analysis process by managing and directing statistical process control activities from Quality and Production. Participate in and support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that Quality process improvements are documented and communicated. Provide administrative support to the Quality Team, ensuring Quality key performance indicators are recorded and are up to date and provided to the Project Manager on a scheduled basis. Support the Quality work as an internal auditor, allowing Quality to be compliance ready. Function as a key contributing member of the department's team and other teams, as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager to support the department workflow. Education and/or

Work Experience Requirements:

AA/AS required; BA/BS highly preferred. (Business/Engineering/Project Management) Experience in QMS/ Project Management System implementation and auditing; SAP experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.) Must be willing to pursue professional certifications Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
