Job Description

Documentation Specialist Plymouth, MN | 100% Onsite $36-38/hour Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Full-time
  • 40 hours per week) We are seeking an Associate Specialist
  • Documentation to support a professional Quality/Facilities & EHS team in a regulated environment.
This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience managing documentation, processing revisions, coordinating approvals, and working with multiple departments. Position Summary Review and process requests for new documents and revisions to existing documents Process, organize, and maintain documentation within a controlled document system Review high volumes of documentation for accuracy and completeness Process documents supporting contracts, purchases, and project activities Coordinate documentation approvals with various departments Secure and control access to documentation according to established procedures Support Facilities and EHS teams with document processing and administrative tasks Assist with vendor onboarding and vendor-related documentation Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding documentation and process requirements Participate in cross-functional project teams Help identify solutions and contingency plans when documentation or process issues arise Provide general office and administrative support as needed Follow established quality, safety, and regulatory procedures Qualifications Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of relevant professional experience or experience working in a regulated environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage projects Proficiency with databases and standard computer software Basic Excel skills required Professional office experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors Preferred Experience Document control or document management Quality systems or regulated environments Medical device or manufacturing environments Windchill or other PLM/document management systems Experience reviewing and approving high volumes of controlled documentation Experience working with cross-functional teams
