Scanning Technician - Onsite#26-08131 Warren, NJ Onsite Contract Starts 8/10/2026 Ends 2/10/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scanning Technician - Onsite position with a Major Insurance Company located in Warren, NJ. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. This role is within the Digital Media department, supporting document management systems. The candidate must be able to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations and will be responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing critical business documents.

Responsibilities:

Segmenting documents by inserting applicable barcodes Prepping documents for scanning: removing staples, paper clips, photocopying Scanning documents using scanners in the document management system Quality review scanned documents including Claim documents Indexing scanned documents in OnBase, ImageRight & SharePoint Committing document to system Assist with special scan request(s) from other departments

Requirements:

Ability to work independently PC skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft 365 Strong interpersonal skills Flexibility in an evolving environment Desired skills: Prior scanning knowledge preferred but not required Pay range: $17.72 - $27.72 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
