Job Description

Job Summary In this role, you will help us maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across our operations. You will be responsible for keeping our documentation up to date, ensuring our tools and equipment are accurate, and helping us constantly find ways to improve how we work. If you love keeping things organized, solving problems, and collaborating with different teams, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities Process Improvement:
Lead projects focused on continuous improvement to help our team work smarter, faster, and safer.
Equipment & Tool Care:
Manage our equipment and gage calibration program to ensure all tools are working accurately and are properly maintained.
Document Control:
Stay on top of our Business Management System (BMS) by keeping all company documents, records, and files organized and up to date.
Team Audits:
Co-lead internal and process audits to make sure our operations are following standard rules and guidelines.
Training & Instructions:
Create clear written and video work instructions to help team members learn and follow processes easily.
Safety & Chemical Records:
Keep accurate, up-to-date inventory records of all chemicals used on-site.
Product Inspections:
Perform "first piece" and First Article Inspections (FAI) to ensure the very first items we make meet all quality requirements before full production begins. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Co-lead the creation and updating of our official company procedures (SOPs) so everyone is on the same page. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills with a knack for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear written and video work instructions. A collaborative mindset. Comfortable co-leading audits and projects with various team members. Basic computer skills for managing digital documents and record-keeping. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
