Collegeville, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $44.00 - 45.93 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end engineering documentation lifecycle, ensuring artifacts are produced, reviewed, approved, and properly retained. Coordinate cross-functionally with contributors and stakeholders to drive draft documentation forward and secure timely approvals. Provide technical writing expertise during document reviews to identify, flag, and resolve potential quality or compliance issues. Maintain documentation repositories and version control practices to ensure continuous audit readiness and full traceability. Support internal risk and issue management policies by tracking and following up on overdue records. Oversee document routing, uploading, administrative finalization, and sign-off coordination.
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field 1+ years of experience in technical writing, document control, or quality assurance within the Biotech, Pharma, or Life Sciences industry skills: Biology, Chemistry, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC)
