MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

ASAP ROLE IMPACT
Support the Quality Control team by maintaining accurate, organized documentation and ensuring quality records are properly scanned, filed, and stored Assist in keeping documentation accessible and ready for internal and customer requirements
KEY DUTIES
Copy, scan, bookmark, file, and organize quality data books and supporting documents. Upload scanned data books to the secure network drive and prepare electronic copies as required. Assemble product binders and documentation packages for customer distribution. Assist personnel with general clerical and documentation requirements. Purchase department supplies, stock copiers and printers daily with paper, and maintain organized QC library and copier areas.
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Computers, scanners, copiers, printers, and secure network file storage. Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting and/or stooping. Onsite Quality Control and manufacturing environment.
