Environmental Technician II Our Vision:

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining systematic processes for critical compliance data, supporting user-friendly methods for gathering and sharing information, and ensuring accurate compliance-related recordkeeping and verification. The position includes field-based compliance activities such as visible emissions observations and leak detection surveys, as well as participation in additional environmental field work as experience develops.
Responsibilities:
Identify, implement, and maintain systematic processes to manage critical compliance data. Collaborate with other functions to develop and maintain user-friendly systems for information gathering and sharing. Manage data gathering, compliance-related recordkeeping, data quality assurance, auditing, and other field compliance verification activities. Conduct field work including visible emissions observations and leak detection surveys. Confirm equipment identification and location during field activities. Participate in other field environmental activities such as release observations/oversight as experience develops.
Skills and Qualifications:
Intermediate level experience, typically 3-5 years. Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support. General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology, and procedures used within the department. Performs routine tasks. Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.
