Operations & Planning (O&P) Compliance. This position is responsible for leading assigned NERC Reliability Standard programs, with primary ownership for MOD-025 and MOD-032, while supporting broader O&P compliance execution, audit readiness, regulatory data requests, and cross-functional coordination across PGD's wind, solar, storage, and fossil generation fleet. This role provides engineering judgment, compliance governance, and stakeholder leadership to ensure PGD maintains sustainable, repeatable, and defensible compliance practices. The Senior PGD Engineer will translate NERC requirements into executable PGD processes, coordinate technical input from subject matter experts, monitor program health, manage evidence expectations, and support timely responses to internal and external requests for information.
