Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK
The Tribal Response Program/Brownfields Specialist is responsible for protecting the Tribes natural resources and ensuring compliance with tribal and federal environmental regulations. This position conducts inspections, site assessments, and surveys of potentially hazardous or abandoned sites, including Brownfields properties. The Specialist oversees program operations, manages budgets, coordinates with contractors, and ensures quality assurance and reporting requirements are met.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct surveys, inspections, and assessments of tribal lands to identify and evaluate hazardous, abandoned, or unauthorized sites.Oversee the Brownfields program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, quality assurance standards, and reporting requirements.
