Job Description PuroClean of Gilbert, PA is seeking a Property Damage Inspector to join our property damage restoration team. This position plays a critical role in assessing damage caused by water, fire, mold, and storms, documenting losses, and helping homeowners begin the restoration process with confidence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in the field while providing excellent customer service during stressful situations. Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial properties after water, fire, mold, or storm damage Perform property damage assessments and determine scope of work Document losses using photos, measurements, notes, and inspection software Communicate findings clearly to homeowners, project managers, and restoration teams Assist with insurance claims documentation and adjuster communication Conduct on-site inspections during emergency and non-emergency situations Coordinate with mitigation and restoration crews Maintain accurate and timely inspection reports Requirements Experience in property damage restoration, inspections, construction, or insurance claims preferred Knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a field-based, physically active role Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varied environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and basic software What We Offer Competitive pay with room for advancement Training to use the software used for inspection Company car and uniform Supportive team environment Stable, growing company with long-term career potential Opportunity to help people recover after property damage Embark on a rewarding career path where your efforts restore hope and stability to those in need.
