Please see details below Performs protective services in fire suppression including rescue, entry, ventilating, salvage work, and first response in emergency situations; Assists in maintaining fire apparatus and equipment; Cleans fire station and grounds; Inspects, cleans and maintains fire hose, pumps, hydrants and related equipment; Conducts station tours for the public; Presents programs to the community on safety and fire prevention topics; Participates in continuing training and instruction through individual study and scheduled classes; Performs other fire suppression and related emergency tasks consistent with appropriate department standard for position; Performs related tasks as required.
