In this energetic role, you will facilitate clear communication back to the supplier on the current status of any and all current reworks/sorts currently taking place on-site to ensure rework/sorts are being done as intended and in a timely manner to prevent customer assembly downtime. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend technical understanding with outstanding client service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions. Monitor on-site sort personnel and ensure proper technical and directions are being followed on all rework and sorting assignments. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Manage client communication regarding rework/sorting status updates. Must be able to report back to client on sort status multiple times throughout the day if needed. Requirements Proven experience in automotive manufacturing and/or previous management role Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including transmissions, air brakes, suspensions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive to various warehouse locations. Must being drug free and willing to drug screen if/when asked randomly.

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
