none The Senior Quality Records Specialist will have the responsibility to perform quality reviews of all technical records and work orders pertaining to aircraft, engines, components, and all associated quality records. This function also includes creating detailed aircraft records and logbook entries as required by FAR Part 145 and AS9100 quality system standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

% of Time 1. Research aircraft records to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and maintenance status. 30 2. Determine work scope for relevant aircraft from records research and coordinate with relevant parties in the MRO department. 20 3. Create and prepare aircraft records packages in accordance with (IAW) all applicable FAA regulations and repair station manual processes. 20 4. Follow procedural steps and checklists to ensure aircraft/engine logbooks are correct and complete for delivery to customer as per schedule and planning. 10 5. Create and provide a weekly aircraft and engine status report that includes inspections, bulletins, and airworthiness directives to MRO management personnel. 5 6. Update and maintain aircraft maintenance tracking systems i.e. spreadsheets, CAMP software. Provide aircraft inspection due list for aircraft logbooks for pilot's info & compliance. 5 7. Assists the Supervisor of Quality Control with various projects as needed. 5 8. Performs final review of work order package before closure. 5

TOTAL:

100% Education High school diploma. Associate degree is preferred. Experience 1 year with a background in aviation; rotary wing or fixed wing services is strongly desired. Competencies & Attributes Basic skills in Microsoft suite especially Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with SAP preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, multi-task, excellent documentation organizational skills, and professional office etiquette. Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
