This position supports the Collection department of a busy debt collection law firm with a large volume of accounts. The job location is in Tempe, Arizona. Fast-paced, congenial, and business casual dress with a high-volume workload. This is a full time, permanent position. The schedule is Monday through Friday. No nights. No weekends. Starting hourly pay $17.00 an hour with the ability for an increase within 3-6 months of employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Entry Review and submit account claims Generate response letters to claims Correspond with Clients regarding account status Complete account audits to ensure accurate processing

Skills and Abilities:

Attention to detail Works well in a team environment Able to accept direction/correction on work related tasks Able to handle high volume workload Able to work without constant supervision Understands and can meet deadlines Able to adapt to new assignments Proficient typing abilities Standard knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook) Education/Training/Experience Previous experience in data entry Experience in managing calendars •Background check and drug screening (does not include marijuana) are required and must be passed prior to start date.
