Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA, for a Litigation Support Clerk. Responsibilities include handling legal documents, organizing case files, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records. The role also requires timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks. Qualifications General knowledge of law and familiarity with legal procedures and terminology Strong Communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and court personnel Understanding of process serving operations and procedures Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and using scanners/printers High school diploma or higher education; additional legal certifications are a plus Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is advantageous
