Associate Attorney - Construction Law St. Augustine, Florida About Us For more than 30 years, our St. Augustine-based firm has built a reputation as a trusted leader in construction law. We represent contractors, developers, subcontractors, and owners in a wide range of construction matters, and we're looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to grow with our team. The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our construction law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated construction matters alongside a seasoned team, with a clear path for professional growth and reward for strong performance. What You'll Do Represent clients in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements Advise clients on lien law, bond claims, and construction defect issues Manage a caseload with support from an experienced firm team Build and maintain strong client relationships What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience (construction law experience preferred) Active Florida Bar membership in good standing Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently A collaborative, client-focused approach to practicing law
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
