Tallahassee, FL Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Law Microsoft Office Law office experience Productivity software Full Job Description General practice solo attorney has an immediate opening for a third year law student or law school graduate to assist with all aspects of both transactional and litigation law practice. Candidate will have opportunity to draft estate planning documents, assist with the execution of estate planning documents, research and write motions and other pleadings, draft and respond to discovery as well as assist with preparing for trials. Some law firm experience a plus, but not required. Two (2) part time positions available with flexible hours which can convert to a full time permanent position for a candidate planning on staying in Tallahassee after graduation/sitting for bar exam. Excellent opportunity to obtain experience and practice under the guidance of an experienced attorney.
