We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is passionate about helping families navigate some of life's most difficult transitions while delivering exceptional legal representation. Position Summary The Associate Attorney will manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is committed to providing outstanding client service. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of Florida family law matters, including: Dissolution of Marriage Paternity Child Custody/Timesharing Child Support Alimony Modifications Contempt and Enforcement Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, parenting plans, and proposed orders. Conduct legal research and prepare legal strategies. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, case management conferences, and trials. Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to efficiently move cases forward. Ensure compliance with Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure and court deadlines. Accurately record billable time. Qualifications Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar. 2+ years of Florida family law experience preferred (newly licensed attorneys with strong family law experience through internships or clerkships may be considered). Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills. Excellent legal writing and research abilities. Experience drafting pleadings and attending hearings. Ability to independently manage deadlines and priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor.
