Bar Full Job Description Family Law Associate Position Location :
Hybrid (In-Office, In-Court, Remote Work)
Compensation :
Competitive Salary + Monthly Bonus Structure + Signing Bonus after completion of 6 months.

Kalabokis Law is a growing family law firm focused on Family Law litigation and mediation. We are intentionally small, highly collaborative, and building for long-term sustainability. Our attorneys are supported, challenged, and expected to take ownership of their work. About you : This role is for an attorney who has 1-5 years of real courtroom experience, can handle their own cases, and is looking for growth inside a small but serious family law firm. This role is not intended for newly admitted attorneys. We are looking for someone who has already developed practical experience in the courtroom preferably handling family law matters and is ready to continue growing within a structured, supportive environment.
Position Overview :
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of divorce, parenting, and custody matters from start to finish. Conduct hearings, motions, status conferences, mediations, and trials. Communicate frequently and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Work closely with paralegal and intake staff to move cases efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bar admission in Massachusetts required Additional New Hampshire bar admission a plus but not required Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, family law experience preferred Courtroom-ready with strong oral advocacy skills and confidence litigating Ability to work independently and take ownership of case strategy and execution Strong writing, organization, and client communication skills You will not be expected to generate your own clients immediately, but you will be expected to grow professionally and contribute to the firm.
