• Our client, a boutique law firm with a 20+ year history of exceptional insurance defense, professional liability, and litigation, is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3+ years' experience in Insurance Defense to join their onsite team in Melville.

For this role, you need to be well-experienced in the commercial insurance defense litigation (litigation of construction law

), as well as conducting depositions, all phases of written discovery, and motions. This role requires an onsite/in-office daily presence, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and a team-oriented work capability. The salary range for this opportunity is $125k
