Are you a certified officer or currently in the academy? The West Dundee Police Department is expanding its ranks to meet the growing needs of our community. Department Highlights:

Current contract is being negotiated (salary range will increase) 12-Hour patrol shifts - enjoy every other weekend off Full Illinois Police Pension + 457 Deferred Comp options 7 step salary scale - $78,552 to $112,858 (will increase with contract ratification) No written exam or POWER Test for laterals Lateral immediately after State Certification! Minimum Requirements:

Certified police officer in the State of Illinois High school diploma or GED US Citizen Valid Driver's License Must be 21 years of age at time of appointment Must successfully pass: Background investigation Interview Polygraph Psychological & medical exams Drug screening Review of past/current performance evaluations No
