Test Information Testing date is September 19, 2026 with an arrival time of 7:30 am and test start time of 8:00 am. Location is Neshaminy High School - Harry E. Franks Football Stadium 2001 Old Lincoln Highway Langhorne, PA 19047 Job Summary The Police Officer is a vital member of the law enforcement community, responsible for maintaining public safety, enforcing laws, and protecting citizens. This role requires a dedicated individual who can handle various situations with professionalism and integrity. Officers are expected to respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and engage with the community to foster trust and cooperation. Duties Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity. Respond to calls for service and emergencies, providing assistance as needed. Conduct criminal investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses. Write detailed reports documenting incidents, arrests, and investigations. Enforce traffic laws and regulations, conducting traffic stops when necessary. Manage conflicts and mediate disputes among individuals or groups. Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations until medical personnel arrive. Utilize surveillance techniques to monitor activities in designated areas. Handle animals in distress or involved in incidents as required. Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies on investigations and operations. Uphold immigration laws and assist with related inquiries when necessary. Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public on safety measures. Qualifications Must be 19 years of age by the date of the test
  • High school graduate / GED
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license
  • Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a police officer
  • If hired, must establish residency within 25 miles of the township borders within one year from date of hire
