Job Description

Job Summary Four-attorney law firm in Amador County seeks an additional associate or of-counsel attorney to support its diverse practice. Practice areas include estate planning, corporate law, real estate, family law, and general civil litigation. Willing to consider any level of experience, but candidate should have connections to or an interest in the local community. Salary and minimum-hour requirement are negotiable. (www. burtonswett.com) Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the California state bar and active license to practice law Proficient in legal research using Westlaw Strong writing skills for legal drafting and documentation Experience in and willingness to engage in a diverse practice of law Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage client relationships
