Base Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 / hour (DOE) + Performance Bonuses Target Total Earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $80,000+ / year

Standard IRS Mileage Reimbursement + Performance Bonuses + Dedicated Marketing Backing Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, outgoing Attorney Liaison to drive new business growth across Southern California. In this in-person field role, you will connect directly with Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law firms to increase referral volume for our Independent Medical Examinations (IME), QME, and SIBTF services. You won't have to sell empty-handed—you will be fully supported by our internal marketing team, who will provide high-quality doctor rosters, marketing collateral, and fee schedules to make your office visits easy and effective.
Key Responsibilities Field Sales & Outreach:
Conduct regular in-person visits to law firms across SoCal to build relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
Drive New IME Volume:
Identify new law firm accounts and expand doctor utilization to bring in new revenue streams.
Utilize Marketing Support:
Hand out branded collateral, physician CVs, and service schedules provided by our in-house marketing team.
Territory Growth:
Build our presence in SoCal, with future opportunities to expand outreach into Northern California.
Relationship Management:
Maintain outreach records, conduct follow-ups, and serve as the main point of contact for legal partners.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile Industry Background:
Experience in legal sales, workers' compensation, healthcare marketing, or medical-legal services is strongly preferred.
People Person:
Outgoing, articulate, and confident engaging legal decision-makers face-to-face.
Self-Motivated:
Organized, goal-oriented, and driven by earning performance bonuses.
Mobility:
Reliable vehicle, valid California driver's license, and willingness to travel regionally across SoCal.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Base:
$25.00 - $35.00 / hour (depending on experience).
