Manage probate litigation matters and represent clients in probate, state, and federal courts. Work closely with the firm's founder and senior staff to drive strong client outcomes. Develop legal strategies and oversee matters with detailed, effective case management. Contribute within a collaborative team environment with long-term growth and partnership potential. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from intake through final resolution. Meet with clients and help develop case strategy. Prepare for and conduct depositions, motion hearings, and trials. Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to strengthen case development. Maintain organized case files and track deadlines effectively. Stay current on probate law, estate planning, and related legal developments. Use legal technology efficiently to draft, review, and revise documents. Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant litigation experience. Strong legal drafting, advocacy, and courtroom skills. Active admission to the State Bar is required. Federal bar admission is preferred. Experience in probate administration, estate planning, or related areas is highly desirable. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to analyze complex records quickly and develop sound legal strategies. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Current or prior government experience is a plus. Hours Typical workload ranges from 45 to 50 hours per week. Additional hours may be required based on case demands.
