We are looking for an experienced attorney to join a multifaceted legal practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. This position offers the chance to advise a broad client base on property transactions, disputes, and association-related matters while contributing practical legal guidance across complex cases. The role is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys balancing transactional work with advocacy and client counseling in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial real estate matters from initial structuring through closing, preparing and negotiating key transaction documents such as purchase agreements, leases, loan-related paperwork, easements, and development contracts.
• Advise parties involved in real estate deals, including owners, investors, tenants, lenders, and developers, on legal risks, business objectives, and deal execution.
• Perform due diligence for property and development matters by reviewing title materials, assessing zoning considerations, and addressing land use or permitting concerns.
• Lead and manage a range of litigation matters involving business, construction, commercial, and real estate disputes through all stages of the case.
• Prepare legal filings and case materials, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other written advocacy documents supported by thorough legal research.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement discussions, depositions, and trial preparation activities, advocating effectively toward resolution.
• Counsel condominium associations, board members, and property management professionals on governance, compliance, enforcement, collections, and operational risk issues.
• Draft, revise, and update condominium declarations, bylaws, rules, policies, and related governing documents to support association administration and legal compliance.
• Provide ongoing strategic guidance to association clients by attending board meetings and assisting with disputes, administrative proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution matters.
