Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on litigation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple cases while maintaining excellent client relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Case Management:
Assist attorneys in managing a high volume of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. •
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns in both English and Spanish. •
Document Preparation:
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. •
Legal Research:
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to personal injury and other relevant areas. •
Coordination:
Work with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather necessary documentation and evidence. •
Trial Preparation:
Assist in preparing cases for trial, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks. •
Translation Services:
Translate documents and communications for Spanish-speaking clients to ensure they fully understand their legal rights and case status. •
Litigation Support:
Provide comprehensive support during the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm, with a strong focus on litigation. •
Education:
Associate's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution. •
Language:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. •
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software such as Filevine. •
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. •
Client Service:
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working closely with clients who may be under stress or in difficult situations. •
