Job Description

A well-established and well-respected firm with multiple locations is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate (2+ years) to join their growing practice. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship and want to grow you practice, this could be a fit for you!

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of civil litigation experience Experience with civil defense, premises liability, general liability, product liability and auto defense is plus Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions Law and motion practice, attending court hearings, legal memos and research Excellent legal research and writing skills Admitted in Florida and in good standing Ability to work independently and in a team environment Why should you apply or reach out to learn more?
